The summer is drawing to a close and the nights are drawing in… which must mean that Halloween is just around the corner!

If you are like us and love a bit of Halloween fun, we’ve sought out the best Halloween events in Bedfordshire this year.

There are creepy Halloween trails and pumpkin patches. We’ve even included some really spooky Halloween events in Bedfordshire for adults at the end – after all,

Halloween is not just about the kids (despite what my kids might tell you)!

We’ve given the basic details of each of these things to do at Halloween in Bedfordshire but for more detailed (and the most up to date) information, we’ve included a link that takes you direct to the event’s website.

Halloween events in Bedfordshire for kids

Our kids love Halloween and I’m always researching things to do at Halloween near me which is why I came up with this huge guide on Halloween events for kids.

It should help to give you some inspiration to help you find a Halloween event near you.

If you’re looking for something to do with the kids this October half term in Bedfordshire, these Halloween days out look spookily family-friendly!

Whipsnade Zoo

Boo at the Zoo – (see also our guide to visiting Whipsnade Zoo if you haven’t been before). We also recommend an annual membership if you live locally as it is somewhere you can visit time and time again.

Mead Open Farm

Tickets: Adult – from £12.45, Child – from £11.45. Pumpkin included in entry price for each paying child.

Wrest Park

Tickets: Adult – £14.20, Child – £8.50. Under 5 – FREE.
