Forest Holidays Halloween breaks
We hadn’t come across Forest Holidays before but they offer a more natural holiday alternative to Center Parcs. There are 11 sites around the UK based in forests and Forest Holidays works in partnership with the Forestry Commission.
Accommodation is sympathetic to the local surroundings with a mix of lodges and log cabins. Some look like treehouses which are sure to be a huge hit with the kids.
The sites don’t have pools, but the beauty of these resorts is that there are so many opportunities to get the kids out into nature and we still think they’re a great alternative, especially if you like to get away from crowds.
For Halloween, they are offering Halloween staycations. Halloween activities (at an additional cost) are Myths & Legends around a campfire toasting marshmallows and a Halloween Party.
