Whether you are looking for a Halloween break or just a spooky day out , these Merlin theme parks have loads going on at Halloween.
Halloween at Warwick Castle
It is already one of the most impressive castles in England but during Halloween, Warwick Castle is decorated head to toe with spooky Halloween decorations. It offers a fabulous day out for the family and is one of the best Merlin Halloween events.

Castle After Dark – brace yourself for scares around every corner at the castle at night. Recommended for age 10+.
Haunted Castle – Halloween fun for the whole family.

As if the Alton Towers rides weren’t scary enough, how about braving them in the dark with the Park staying open until 9pm? There’s so much going on at Halloween at Alton Towers.

Scarefest – on 7th, 9th and 14th – 31st October you can explore Thrilling Frights (recommended for age 12+) or Family Spooks for all ages.
Thrilling Frights – aimed more at families with older kids (12+), explore the Alton Towers Dungeons, scary maze and terrifying attic.

There are lots of Halloween events at Chessington’s Howl’O’ween for all ages from spooky fancy dress to spooktacular Halloween trails and rides after dark.

Thorpe Park has to be the ultimate theme park in the UK for thrills and chills at Halloween. From horror movie themed rides to chilling scare mazes, this is one for the truly fearless. It’s so scary, it is recommended for ages 13+.

There are five Merlin attractions in London, including the infamous London Dungeon which has to be the ultimate place to visit at Halloween!

The London Dungeon at Halloween
Halloween at the London Dungeon is spooky enough but this year there will be an additional seasonal show for those looking for more scares.
’50 Berkeley Square’ is set in the spine-chilling attic of the most haunted house in London.
The brand-new show, running 15th – 31st October, will uncover the many terrifying and unexplained happenings which have occurred at the property stretching back to the 1850s. The terrifying tales of the house will be brought back to life.
Dates: 15th – 31st October 2022.
Adult £32, Child £26. No under 5’s permitted.

The London Eye at Halloween
The London Eye joins in the Halloween fun too by lighting up at night with orange lights to look like a pumpkin.
